Fractional IT Procurement

Your SaaS spend is bleeding. We stop it.

Scale-ups waste 20-30% of their software budget. No full-time hire needed. We audit, renegotiate, and build procurement processes that stick.

For scale-ups with 50-300 FTE, post-Series A, running 20+ SaaS tools with monthly IT spend above €12K.

Where companies lose the most

Dev Tools Sprawl

Atlassian, GitHub, GitLab, JetBrains, Vercel, Heroku. Most teams have overlapping tools and unused seats across 5+ subscriptions.

Typical savings: 25–35% post-audit

Cloud Overprovisioning

AWS, GCP, Azure. Reserved instances not reserved. Dev environments running 24/7. Storage tiers never optimized. The bill just grows.

Typical savings: 15–30%
📊

Monitoring & Observability

Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, PagerDuty. Data retention you'll never query, premium tiers for teams that use 10% of features.

Typical savings: 30–50%
👥

Shadow IT & Duplicates

Average company has 7.6 duplicate subscriptions. Marketing bought Notion, engineering uses Confluence, PM uses Coda. Three tools, one job.

Questions CFOs actually ask

How do you protect our confidentiality?
Standard NDA signed before any engagement starts. All client data is anonymized in any reporting or benchmarking — we never share stack details, vendor terms, or savings figures across clients. You own your data.
Do you work with our competitors at the same time?
We have appropriate safeguards in place. Client engagements are scoped separately, data is siloed, and we disclose any potential conflicts before signing. If there's a direct conflict we consider material, we'll tell you.
What's the minimum contract length?
3 months. This gives us time to complete the full audit, execute renegotiations, and begin process setup. Most meaningful savings happen in the first 60 days — the third month is about making them stick.
What's the notice period?
1 month. After the minimum 3-month term, either party can exit with 30 days notice. No lock-ins, no penalties.
Do you need access to our financial systems?
No. We work from exports and reports — billing statements, vendor invoices, license manifests. We never need read/write access to your accounting systems, ERP, or banking. Everything we need can come from a spreadsheet or PDF export.
What if there are no savings to find?
That's what the first-month guarantee covers on the retainer model. If the audit doesn't surface at least 2x the retainer in potential savings, you don't pay for that month. On the success fee model, if we find nothing, you owe nothing — we just ate the cost of the audit.
Who signs the contracts with vendors?
You do — always. We recommend, prepare, and negotiate. The final contract is between your company and the vendor. We never sign on your behalf or hold your vendor relationships.
Can you handle EN-language contracts with US/UK vendors?
Yes. We work fluently in both English and Polish. US/UK SaaS vendors — Atlassian, GitHub, AWS, Datadog, Salesforce, etc. — are our core work. We know their pricing structures, standard contract terms, and renewal leverage points.

Built by a practitioner, not a consultant.

  • Hands-on contract negotiation experience with vendors like Atlassian, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, and Datadog
  • Deep expertise in enterprise software licensing, volume agreements, and renewal strategy
